Retail and commercial buildings
For company headquarters, shopping centres, and other commercial buildings anything that detracts from “the client experience” is a no-no, unsightly mess caused by pigeons particularly so. Common problems include:
- Fouling below entrances, signs or light fittings
- Fouling of glass facades
- Pigeons on restaurant or café tables.
Il Centro, Milan
A colony of pigeons had already set up home inside Italy's biggest shopping centre during construction, with predictable results. After Bird Free™ was installed in February 2016 all the pigeons promptly abandoned the site. The entire site has remained pigeon-free since then.
